From rehabilitation specialists to nursing staff, everyone worked together to create a healing environment where my recovery exceeded expectations. The beautiful facility and compassionate approach truly made all the difference.

I spent a total of eleven months at Willow Brook… This was a great experience for me…I was at a physical & emotional low point in my life… To a person the staff presents as caring and concerned for my wellbeing… The food is above the average for an institutional setting & the patients have input for meal recommendations & other dietary needs… The medical staff & CNA's are always kind and efficient.

Willowbrook is a very special place. Whether it's Rita at the front desk that greets me when I come or the floor nurses and staff, I always feel confident that my father-in-law is in good hands. Their comprehensive approach addresses both physical recovery and emotional wellbeing.

The staff is always friendly and polite! My sisters room is very clean and neat even though she has so many things they figure things out. Their attention to detail and personalized approach ensure each resident receives the care they deserve.

The OT and PT team were outstanding and professional. Over all the staff were wonderful! Their rehabilitation approach helped me regain function much faster than expected.

Physical therapy went beyond the call of duty. The pain I've had in my back for 2 years is now gone. Their comprehensive post-acute care program delivered remarkable results.

Their post-acute care team creates personalized recovery plans that address individual needs.

I have not ever seen a facility that cares so much. My brother absolutely loves it there. And I have not 1 complaint. The long-term care staff truly understand how to maintain dignity and independence.

It truly warms my heart. Their palliative approach extends beyond physical care to emotional support.

Everyone from the check-in staff to the cleaning staff help to make our experience wonderful. The nurse never complained, smiled, and was extremely positive! Their palliative team coordinates seamlessly with all departments.

Staff was really friendly, everyone took their time explaining things and the SPARK activity program was a bonus. The specialized memory care activities kept her engaged and stimulated.

The memory care programming is thoughtfully designed to maintain cognitive abilities.

The haunted house was amazing. It's a place to recover and return to your maximum potential while living your life and enjoying the journey along the way. The memory care approach combines fun with therapeutic benefit.

The hospitality of the two persons in the registration area was great! The building appeared to be clean. The room I visited had a wonderful window and view with sun. Good parking lot!

They give you a little card with the room number so you know where to go and how to operate the elevator. Every staff member I met was so friendly and helpful!

The PT department is excellent and he is making steady progress. The facility is immaculate. His laundry is even taken care of there, so we don't even have to worry about that.

Beautifully renovated. Always so clean. Residents are always so happy with their meals, activities. Highly recommend Willow Brook.

We are doing everything possible to improve on things. The residents here are like my own family. I'm guest services, but to me, it's more than that, it's giving them a voice, comfort and a pleasant stay. We want to see them go out happy and living their best life.
